Excellent burgers from a nice family run place. Prices seem high on the menu, but there are just aren't many people around to help them make bank. We had burgers, shakes, and jalapeno poppers. All were fresh, well made, and delicious. Burger patty seemed like a half pound, was cooked well with a nice singe, and seemed freshly ground from great quality beef. Bun also had a nice singe on it. Overall great. Only negative is naming it a drive-in gives the wrong expectation as it is a quick serve dine-in and drive-thru restaurant. Would visit again when passing through the area again.

Amazing small town find! Best burger I’ve ever had and wonderful friendly service! If you’re driving by, stop in! Well worth the stop.

Aww man! This is the trip that keeps surprising me. Seeking out all the small town food joints are an epic adventure in itself. Been ages since I worked in Murdo, SD. Today stopped by for a late lunch on my way home from Wyoming. Home ground beef does not get any better than this! I might even have to grab a burger for supper tonight when I get back to MN. Thank you for lunch Circle E Drive-In ! Staff was friendly and the food was awesome!!

We stopped here for lunch during our road trip around 2 p.m., and it was bustling with activity. Despite the crowd, the service was surprisingly quick. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I opted for a deluxe cheeseburger with jalapeno poppers, as shown in my post, while my husband chose a plain cheeseburger with cheese curds. Our daughter enjoyed chicken nuggets. The burgers were impressively large, though the buns were too small to handle them properly. My only gripe was that I couldn't add ketchup without making a mess. Larger buns would have been perfect for those hefty burgers! Overall, this place was a hidden gem. Stop by, grab a bite, and savor the experience!

I’m not a burger person so I didn’t get one. The burger was hug and I can see it was juicy with fresh ingredients. Hubby said it was good. He would definitely eat here again. My 12 year old actually finished her 1/3-1/2 lb cheese burger. Bathroom was clean. I did notice their shake was in a 12 oz plastic clear cup which is usually for me. Not sure why the Banana split is at 15 and 1/3-1/2 lb burger was at 9-10? Tiny town.

This place is LEGIT. Best burger I've had since I can remember. Fresh beef, hard sear, fresh veg, soft bun that stays together. Friendly service. Fans keep the flies away. No complaints here. Guy Fieri, where you at?

Friendly staff. Food was old-school drive- in with a newer atmosphere. Hand dipped onion rings, crispy fries, crunchy chicken strips, and ice cream cyclone were mixed just right. Would return again if in the area.

We are from Omaha, Nebraska and we passed through South Dakota over Labor Day weekend and came across this gem!!! Now, I am sitting here on Memorial Day weekend, in route to our four-wheeling destination, enjoying the best burger ever, yet again. I will *never* pass through South Dakota without stopping here. The staff is friendly. The food is hot and fresh, burgers are juicy and huge!!!!!! Fries and onion rings are great. We tried their cheese curds as well and we loved them! Pictured is a double bacon cheeseburger, and a Big Al burger with lettuce and grilled onions.
